The 4-star smoke-free Reghina Blue Hotel Timisoara, situated around 10 minutes' drive from the theresia Bastion, offers an outdoor swimming pool as well as a fitness area. The hotel is located in a quiet residential area of Timisoara, nearly 20 minutes' walk from Slaughterhouse in Timisoara. Guests can visit Biserica Adventista de Ziua a Saptea "Betania", which is just 350 metres away, and the Bega Shopping Center which is 2.3 km from the Reghina Blue Timisoara. You can admire a garden, situated next to the accommodation. Such entertainment attractions as German State Theatre are also approximately a 25-minute walk away. Casa Tineretului bus stop is right around the corner from the Reghina Blue.

I recently spent two nights at Hotel Reghina Blue, a modern establishment nestled in a quiet neighbourhood of Timisoara, and while there were a few highlights, the experience also brought to light some areas for improvement, particularly regarding value. The spacious rooms came with delightful balconies, perfect for enjoying a morning cup of tea-conveniently provided via an electric kettle in the room. The free wifi was strong, and the housekeeping kept everything tidy. The outdoor swimming pool was a nice feature, although we visited out of season, making it redundant for us. It does provide a pleasant area to relax in the summer. Dining at the hotel was a mixed bag. The included breakfast had some good options, like cold meats and cheeses, but the hot selections fell short-lukewarm sausages and eggs that looked tired after a hour. Though the hotel isn't in the city centre, a short walk leads you to local restaurants and a large supermarket. While the atmosphere and service were commendable, the balance of luxury and value might not meet everyone's expectations. For those prioritising cost over plushness, it's certainly worth considering, especially with its appealing facilities.
